Well, for what it's worth, another forum member said this today about that particular timeline:

It was stated in 12 march and completed in 12 July

So, in that case, 4 months. I do not know, but my guess is there really is no "usual" time and it can vary widely. In our case, we are at 2 months and counting.

You have to have patience, even when you see others getting it in 2 weeks to 4 months doesn't mean yours will. All depends on each application as they are all different.
