Eligibility Skilled Worker Program

Please need expert advice re eligibility criteria skilled worker program both federal and Quebec: I am currently residing in Canada as international student full time enrolled in a Engineering master's program which I hope to complete by the end of 2016. My question is : Am I eligible to apply for Quebec skilled worker program when it opens knowing I haven't had any paid work experience in the past? As I understand internships don't count. My score in all other criteria is excellent. I also have the same question regarding the Express Entry program. Many thanks.

You need a minimum of one year of paid work experience to apply under Express Entry. If you have further questions about Express Entry, I would recommend that you post them to the Express Entry section of the forum.

I am not familiar enough with the Quebec program to answer your question and would recommend that you post it to either the Skilled Worker or Provincial Nominee section of the forum.
