Eligibility requirements to study masters in Canada

Hello, I am from India. I have completed my Btech in Computer Science and Engineering 7.09 (2014-2015) and my 12th percentage is below 60%. Can I apply for a diploma or masters degree (computer related) courses in Canada? my current age is 31.

i also have 5 years job exp. let me know if i apply for a student visa.

or if i apply PR? which is better?

You can apply. Research programs at the master and diploma level. Whether you get a study permit is another issue.
