Eligibility period question

Hi, I have a question on the eligibility period that shows up on the online portal. I’m applying online on March 12, 2024 and my eligibility period shows as March 13, 2019 to March 12, 2024. Shouldn’t the end date of my eligibility be a date before the application date? Then why is the online form calculating it as the same date?

either a glitch in their system or it updates you offically sign and submit the app on their end automatically.
