Well first you will need to look to see if you qualify for a PGWP at the end of your studies. With a PGWP you can gain Canadian work experience to use in any future PR application. Your age will start to affect your qualification for PR so to give you an idea use the CRS tool to assess your points as that will give you an idea whether PR is realistic without for example a job offer.

I am 42 and I am in study visa for 2 years in Canada. I only want to know that do my age matter for PR?

Yes - your age matters for PR. Many of Canada's economic immigration programs are points-based and those with the most points are selected. You will lose substantial points due to your age.
