Eligibility for canada imigration.

Hi Friends,

Currently i am on USA with H1b and now i am planing to apply for Canada immigration Skilled workers and professionals class, after i checked all 3 category as per my ocupation (software engineer) which coming under NOC as 2173 but i did not find that NOC on eligible criteria.

I found one NOC for Computer and Information Systems Managers which has 0213, should i need to mentioned this or what?

please help me out on this case, i am quite confuse.
