I normally dont create a new thread for petty matters, but this is really bothering. I just received my gcms notes and I am shocked to see nothing has been started on the file. Eligibility, Security, Medical, Background...all says Not started. When does eligibility gets completed for inland applicants? I am technically outland applying from USA but unfortuenately application being processed in Canada.
