My 6 year old daughter is at her kindergarthen. Do I need to have her kindergarthen certificate when enrolling for elementary? Is it one of the necessary documents when submitting?

If you don't have one, admission is still possible. while registering your child for grade I, the school will interview the child and decide about admission. Elementary, secondary, and post-secondary education in Canada is a provincial responsibility and there are many variations between the provinces. You have to register for the admission early at least by August, but subject to availability of seat.

No school certificate is required. Even if you carry have it, it will be not seen at the time of admission. Carry passport/ PR card/ immunization form/ proof of residence and that is all.

Any format/sample for immunization form?

Thanks all for replies!
I guess it would be a good idea to take the certificate.
U can find the immunization form here:
