Good day! I just wondering as a main applicant for permanent residence I didn't received my eCoPR but my wife and my son already have their eCoPR. My PR application was approved on August 15, 2021 and my wife and son got theirs by same month. I already tried to call and email them many times but still no answer. Can any one help me on this matter?
