Electronic Academic Records to WES (from Indian Universities)

Hi folks,

With regards to ECA electronically from an Indian university, has anyone done it? Or knows some who may have recently availed to this new option by WES due to Covid. My Bachelors degree is from Delhi Technological University erstwhile DCE, I am not in Delhi myself and the university administration is not particularly supportive.

Let me know if anyone has information on the above.
