Hey guys ! I applied for regular EI after March 15 due to COVID . Was told like everyone else That will automatically turn into CERB . But in the EI application it asked if I was pregnant! Now I’m 6 months pregnant. I do not intend to go on mat leave until end of June . I have read online that women who have stated they are pregnant we have fallen thru the cracks and no one has been paid yet! This is me it’s been 4 weeks now since I applied not one payment has been deposited . Anyone else know about this and can comment etc.. I have also tried to call EI and haven’t been able to get thru for weeks ! They did call me back after a online comment form but she didn’t know why I hadn’t been paid and couldn’t help me she thought it was cause I was pregnant but this shouldn’t matter as I lost both my jobs due to COVID and not planning on mat leave until end June . Thanks
