To apply for refugee status, you would need to get yourself to Canada under either a work visa or visit visa. To be approved for a work visa, you need an employer first and a job offer. To be approved for a visit visa, you must prove you have sufficient funds to pay for your trip, have strong ties to your home country and have no plans to remain in Canada long term. Given your age, it's unfortunately unlikely you would be approved for a visit visa. But you can certainly try.

To be approved as a refugee you must prove that you specifically have been persecuted or that your specific life is in danger. This means you have to produce evidence that is specifically linked to you such as newspaper articles, police reports, hospitalization records, etc.

@Pinkgirl : As you said u have an experience in Travel & Tourism,so you can easily get a way to arrange Temporary Visa (VISIT VISA) for CANADA and go there as tourist,explore the country and if you like it than try to find a good job for yourself,once you have any good offer in hand,come back to Egypt and apply for the proper visa on the basis of that job offer you got from Canada.

As im sure that even under provincial category it isn't easy now to immigrate to Canada ................

I think any "good Canadian guy" seeing this thread would spot an MOC and feel very "used".

So would an Immigration Official.

Just my personal opinion, but then I come from a culture where you marry for love, not money or convenience.

Dosen't that culture also say "When hunger comes in the door the love goes out the window". Therefore money is very important, its what binds our society together, its what holds love together, its something that gives meaning to our relationships, its something that gives you options in life, your choices increases and you can get a good nights sleep. Money gives us identity and helps us nurture that identity and fulfill our dreams and aspirations.

Well she is from Egypt afterall and with the recent crisis going on in the region we shouldn't judge to quickly
 
A fairly standard Immigration interview question around the world is "If I refuse this application what will you do?".

Everyone applying had better have a pretty good answer for this. For themselves as well as for the interviewer.
 
Due to a lot of very sad cases we've heard about from the people who have been scammed into marriage, we generally don't find those jokes too funny.

Myself and some others have tried to give you some advice. You rejected it. I'll say it again, your current occupation isn't in demand and your education isn't in a field Canada is expected to declare needed either. If you want to seriously immigrate to Canada, you'll need to wait until April/May when the new FSW program comes out and see what types of education and jobs are included.
