So basically what i will do is submit the 12 month old post office bank statetment,and post office bank letter then the ahly bank statetment showing the deposit of the same amount in the new ahly account and the letter that they will provide which contains their logo,account holder name,type of account and available balance then they stamp it with their stamp and an english stamp containing a place that they fill manually their telephone and fax numbers,the letter is in black and white except the stamps and i will print their contact details as well as that of the post office online,will it be enough?should i attest both from the central bank and ministry of foreign affairs or not?

Any bank letterhead has the contact info, no need to write it again

I got it from NBE small branch inside dreamland if you're in October it's very near

i tried the branch in souq el gomla, but anyway i now have the letter with arabic letter head and a 2 year long bank statement plus the balance certificate so i think that should be enough. i explained in the LOE that i managed to get the CIC format for the account in AAIB but i couldnt get it for the NBE and provided the other documents that cover the missing parts in the letter. I also Read on Matareed that some people couldnt provide the exact CIC format letters and they got accepted eventually. i know its better to stay on the safe side but im really tired and dont have enough excuses from work to get anymore papers.

after payment you can only upload stuff if they request more info, other wise it's locked, however, if you change your address or other critical info there is an online form that you can fill to update those critical info.

You can't, you can only send replacements by cse

Yes al ahly didnt put a letterhead with the info on my paper either. Only a stamp.

if it's not on the letterhead, ask them to write it.. no big deal

CIB had their phone number and address of their head office on their letter anyway.. email is not important

In my case they only stamped it with the contact info and in arabic. He wouldnt do anything more than that and be kept swearing that they always issue things like that to the canadian embassy and they call him all the time to validate the details but he has never had a problem with the format he issues. So i wrote that in the LOE

do not put the money in anything but either a saving or a current account, not certificates

You can keep them as certificates dude, just make sure there is no credit card encumbering the certificate
