My spouse's friend is here on a closed work permit and valid LMO (expires next year). However, yesterday the company closed. What is the effect on the work permit?
In addition, they are going on vacation next month. Assuming they don't find another place to sponsor them within the next few weeks, will they be able to get back into the country with the work permit they currently have?
