Hi folks, just wondering if I can leave my job then stay in Canada on a study permit as I have a program to attend this September? I was invited under EEPNP stream, if I got a higher Celpip score then my updated CRS will be higher than the cut off time when I was invited, can IRCC continue proceeding my application or they will refuse it? Thanks!

This is quite the disparity in opinions. If you nomination certificate is contingent on your ongoing employment with the supporting employer, and the province has told you as such, then no. Why are you even asking????? The PNP office already told you this then that's what you need to do.

Keep your job till you get PR - that's the deal you made with the province.

If you submitted the EE and you lost your Job nothing much to worry about.
Thanks but my PNP nomination is based on my job, in this situation, I can leave the job any

Because the school program starts in September, I am so worried that it will not be completed by then

Depends. Was your nomination based on having the job or was it employer supported? If no, then you are good. If yes, then you may end up being refused.

You just said this: "I have a PNP certificate, but PNP department also mentioned I need to keep my status, so...because my pnp is based on my job offer."

So it it based on your job or not? Anyway seems you have it figured out as you're asking us the questions and then telling us the rules. Good luck.
