I have more than 3 years in teaching at university level (full time, paid holidays). The only problem is that the working hours for my job where i am amount to less than 30 hrs/week.
Just wondering since you were teaching: Is it less than 30hours including all before/after lecture work you do? Here, teachers often work less than 30 hours if counted in classes/lectures, but in total it's way more. If that is the case for you, then your employer could add the additional hours in your letter.

I have a related question, if in one year I worked 28 hours per week, then the next year I worked 32 hours per week. Can I consider it as two years of
full time work, or it is counted as one only?

Thanks in advance

That will be about 48 weeks of equivalent full-time experience for Year 1 and 1 year of experience for Year 2. Overall, that would be about 1 month short of 2 years full-time experience.

In this case, I think your first year experience will be considered part time and from the second year onwards, you can count full time experience.
