Hello,

I have a question about the EE working experience time calculate.

I started my job last Sept, but I took 3 month off in that position until January 1st 2018. Then I have been working in the company until now. I want to understand that how could I calculate my working time. Because, I will be a full-time employee in that company who works 1 year soon in this Sept.,Unfortunately, I have not worked enough to 1560hrs but around 1200hrs. To gain the 1 year working experience in Canada, should I continuously work until I meet 1560hrs or I need to work until the end of this calendar year, no matter how many hours over 1560hrs? Please help!!!!

You must have 52 separate weeks of work experience where you worked at least 30 hours in each of those weeks. The three months you took off cannot be counted. You basically need to work until the end of this calendar year.

Appreciate for your quick reply. But I had worked around 100hrs last year in this company then I took the day off, may I count 100hrs on? THANK YOU.

You can count the weeks you worked in September. Once again, you must work 52 weeks.
Noted the first thing is to work weeks (means 1 year), then I'm wondering that once we take 1 week vocation or 1-2 personal day off this year, does it will impact my 52 weeks or not? Please help to advise, thank you.

Depends if that week is paid or not.

if it was paid, so it would be consider to a working day? One more thing, for the meaning of week, shall we have to work the full 5 days to be counted as 1 week or it would be still counted even we take 1-2 days off? thank you.
