Hi guys,

I'm currently recreating my EE profile. I have a question regarding my Work History

Do I need include low-skilled jobs like Truck Driver (I was doing it for 3 years in Canada) or not? Obviously I will not get any points for that but on the other hand it's a job I was doing here in Canada, right?

or just include NOC 2282 (almost 4 years of exp in my homecountry) and NOC 0731 (1 year of exp in Canada).

Thank you.

No need to include unskilled work experience. Once you receive your ITA include it only in the personal history section, no proof of employment will be required.

Thanks

Which on of those two, use as a primary occupation in my profile? NOC 2282 with foreign experience or NOC 0731 with Canadian experience?

There's no primary occupation. Just add them in any order you want.

If I was working until 2011-02-28 do I need to chose "2011 MARCH"? or "2011 FEBRUARY"?

And the last today :-)

I have had a permit valid from 2016-07-31 to 2017-07-31 so in EE it was 2016 AUGUST to 2017 JULY?

I think that is JULY to JULY. But you do not have to have exactly one year experience. Losing a few days or a month does not mean that you do not qualify. Their system has a margin for granting work experience score to you. Their analyst and immigration officer will count your experience by hours too.

According to:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

Your experience must be at least

  • 12 months of full-time work
    • 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours), OR
  • equal amount in part-time hours, such as:
    • 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
    • 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than one job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

I've been working every single week since I got the permit (IEC YP) and now I switched (today) to spousal OWP and probably will stay with this company for the next month or so. Just in case. I was working 44h a week though I don't think they count overtime hours for CEC purposes. Hopefully I will qualify.

Sounds enough!

Will I be asked to submit reference letter if i listed my unskilled experience? I just want to list it to add authenticity to my skilled experience but i do not have reference letter for this unskilled experiene.

You don't need to add reference letters in items added under personal history.

Thank you for your reply. Question was about the work history section not personal history section.

You were responding to a personal history suggestion. Regardless, anything that you'll add under work exp will require either an employment reference letter or LoE.
