Hi guys, I know this question got asked a lot, but have never seen someone who actually did it, people in the process are usually speculating what might be, so I am trying to figure it out.

The question is as follows: Let's say I am a student in Quebec, but will be moving to Ontario or BC right after school(during my post grad work) will it be hard to get PR(the score will be 482 after I graduate). Would my study in Quebec hurt my chances and I will get a refusal?
What will happen if I get an ITA while studying?(current score is around 440), how hard is to convince a visa officer I will be leaving Quebec(I also lived in Ontario for 8 months, maybe it will help me)?

cheers

It does not matter where you Studied, it matters where you reside. So you cannot convince a visa officer i will be leaving Quebec. You should only apply for express entry once you leave Quebec.
