Hi,

I received a Pre-AOR email indicating that my application was accepted and that I should be receiving the AOR soon.
My question is what happens next and what are the timelines?

From what I understand, the next steps are:

1) Receive AOR
2) Once I accept the AOR I will be given 600 points in the CIC System
3) Wait for CIC to send me an ITA
4) Once I accept the ITA, I need to send them all the required paperwork and wait for it to be reviewed
5) Receive Permanent Residence Card? Or VISA?

Am I missing something?

What are the Timelines for the ITA Paperwork Review?

Thank you!

Is it AOR for OINP application or nomination by OINP?

It's for OINP Application under the Human Capital Priorities Stream.

Haha, no :D

1.0 pre AOR
1.1 AOR - unknown - maybe a month or more.
1.2 Nomination - 100 days have passed already since my AOR and some people are waiting since October 2015.
2. accept nomination and get 600 points

They accepted thousands of applications and now they have a gigantic backlog.

Hey, I hope you're already in Canada and having a great time :). Could you help me with the below query:

Few questions:

1. Can I go for upfront medical once I move to DIP? What is the validity of medical? Do I have to take upfront medical for the primary applicant and secondary applicant?

2. I have lived in 3 different states in the same country, do I need to take PCC from all states or only from my current address? Do I have to take PCC for the primary and secondary applicants?

3. What are the documents related to medical and PCC I need to submit with ITA?

Thank you
