I’m gathering all documents to upload for my EE application. As Second-time applicant, please help me to check the listed documents in case I did something wrong again this one (ITA January 4, 2017 CEC-Inland, Canadian Spouse)
My first EE got rejected due to the missing foreign diploma, and I’ve been waiting for nearly a year to get my second ITA. SO PLEASE HELP ME, THANK YOU !!!!
Here’s the list of my personalized documents
1. Marriage License/Certificate – Uploaded Ontario Marriage License as is
2. Passport/Travel Documents-Uploaded my passport (All Pages , Blank+Stamps) as well as my work permit, study permit and Visa
3. Proof of Medical Exam –this is self-explanatory
4. Education
I have a three years foreign education, and two Post-Graduate certificates in Ontario
Here’s what I uploaded
Notarized/translated foreign diploma graduation certificate, notarized transcripts, ECA report, certified true copy for two of my PG certificates, transcripts, graduation letter and original offer
5. Proof of relationship
I stated I have relatives, spouse as Canadian Citizen.
• Marriage license (provided once again
• Spouse invitation letter
• Spouse Passport/citizen card
• Wedding expenses receipts, invoices. Boarding passes, honeymoons expenses, wedding photos, gifts receipts etc.
• My relatives previous 6-months utilities bills, passport scan, notarized relationship certificate, my birth certificate
6. Employment records (Current Job)
• Job letter with description on company’s letter head, states my position, annual salary and hours per week
• Pay stubs (ALL)
• Offer of employment
• Bank E-statement showing direct deposits
7. Employment record (Prvious Job )
• Job letter with description on company’s letter head, states my position, annual salary and hours per week
• NOA (All tax years)
• T4 (All tax years)
• ROE( Record of Employment)
• Pay Stubs (ALL)
• Bank E-statement showing direct deposits
I have a small question in here, as my job letter for my previous job was dated/signed when I was still working in there. Do I need to request an updated job letter from my previous employer?

New/Updated Police certificates dated after the last date I lived/stayed/ in the country
9. Family member proof of status
I listed my spouse passport/citizen card
My parents’ first page of their passport
My birth certificate
10. Proof of means of Financial Support
Bank account confirmation, my account details and past 6 months of e-statement
11. Digital Photo
