EE profile with WES ref no

Hello guys i have sent my degrees for evaluation to wes and i have my IELTS scores. My question is can i create EE profile with the WES refernce code they gave me after making the payment or they will issue some other code after completing the evaluation of my degree and with that only i can create EE profile.

After evaluation you will have new Ref no. you can open profile only with that.
