EE Profile stuck in 'In Progress'

Hi Guys, is this normal I updated my profile on 20th Nov and its still shows the following. I am hoping for a draw tomorrow but if its stuck like this for many people they may cancel the draw

This is how my screen looks like, remove the first hypen '-' after the h.
