EE profile provinces choose Alberta

I saw the YouTube video show the provinces choose Alberta may able to have the AINP that can able to have the low crs to have nominations. Any chance if I only have crs 311 with no connection with Alberta?
Also Video told can also choose all provinces. If other than Alberta choose to provide the nomination, will I lost the chance to have the nomination from Alberta?

Don't rely on YouTube videos. Alberta is reducing its intake of provincial nominees due to COVID. A CRS score of 311 is also low for any PNP. Obviously if you accept another province's nomination you will not be nominated by Alberta.

Thanks for the quick reply!! I will try to retake itles in coming month, hope that will helps the number.
Still I would like to know if I only mark AB as interest provinces, may i change it after few month to all provinces?
Because AB as my first choice, but things get changing. If AB will keep not accepting out lander, i willing to go anywhere in Cananda.
Also my NOC is 0601, may location in need at all?

You can just check all provinces.
