Why still ineligible?

Same Here.. >:(

Age : 30
IELTS 6.5,6.5,7,7.5 (December 2014)
Work Exp : 6.5 Years
WES ECA Done : 4 Years Bachelor's Degree.

Still ??

Guess CIC is only considering applicants who have Job Offer or provincially nominated.

If this is so, its really dissapointing

Hey guys,

I don't think they consider canada job offer for the eligibility

Age : 28
IELTS R 8, L 8.5, W 7, S 6.5 (October 2014)
Work Exp : 6.5 years
WES ECA Done : 4 Years Bachelor's Degree + 1 year Master degree

NOC 2132
Funds : 40K CAD
Canada job offer : NO

My result showed I am eligible. Not sure what is the factor. I have submitted my profile in EE already.

My total points are 391 as i live outside canada, no job offer and no provincial nomination. Not sure how i am gonna get all these to boost my profile.

So folks don't stop applying if you do not have a canada job offer. Hope this helps.

Aravind

Same for me, they said that I will be asked questions about my:

- nationality
- age
- language ability
- family members
- education
- work experience
- details on any job offer

I didn't receive questions about nationality, age, about my highest level of education? Only questions about canadian work experience, job offer, ielts ant that it..
I've checked my eligibility here www .cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

I do not have a definite response as to why you all have been deemed ineligible. However, there is one observation that I have made with all your profiles. You all have IELTs below 7. Could it be this is an issue? I hope someone with more experience will come along and help you figure this out.

Without WES/ECA you are not eligible.

Yeh just saw this:

To qualify for Express Entry, you must meet the eligibility criteria for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, and/or the Federal Skilled Trades Program and/or the Canadian Experience Class.
For Federal Skilled Worker Program, we use a grid of 100 points to assess how well an applicant will adapt to Canada's labour market. The grid looks at factors such as:
• education,
• work experience,
• qualifying job offer in Canada and
• English or French skills.
Applicants must meet the pass mark of 67 out of 100 points.
To be eligible, federal skilled worker applicants must:
• have valid third-party language test results (that show they meet the minimum language threshold),
have an educational credential assessments for any foreign educational credentials, and
• have at least a year of full-time experience in a skilled field
• plan to live outside the province of Quebec (Note: The province of Quebec chooses its own skilled workers. If you plan on living in Quebec, see Quebec-selected skilled workers for more information)

Have to wait for my WES ECA then hopefully it will change!
