the standard is that 80% of applications will be completed in 6 months, starting from having the application assessed as "complete." Obviously the entire process takes longer than 6 months (starting from submitting the profile, waiting for an ITA, etc.).
Every person's application is unique, therefore, processing times should be expected to vary from person to person.
