Education- Bachelor Electrical Engineering (4year)
Ielts- L-5.5, R-4.5, W-6, S-7 overall-6
Marital status- Married
Wife education- Bachelor (Physics Teacher) (4years)
Wife age- 24 years
Wife ielts- None
Experience- 2 years in the relevant field
11 months Skilled Canadian experience will be 12 months soon
No Canadian education
Arranged employment- I have permanent job offer from my current employer and he is working on LMIA
Provincial nominee- I applied waiting nomination soon I will get it it is at ending process.

Can someone with a professional qualification such as CPA, CMA etc get points under CRS skill transferability. Certificate of qualification or is it purely for trade/hand work certificate of qualification.

I had completed my bachelor degree(4 years)ECA done for that and 2 years diploma course from Canadian college.Am i eligible for 128 points in level of education?
please any one can reply.
