EE or PNP for 450< score?

Even if scores comes down, based on the current trend it's highly unlikely it will come down below 467 in foreseeable future. Your best chance is PNP. This is assuming ofcourse you have maximised your language scores.
All folks between 440 to 466 are now thinking of the following options if maximizing on education and IELTS is not working.
1) PNP if noc is in demand list in any province.
2) Learn french in 1 to 1.5 years and get CLB7 to secure 42 points.
3) Study in Canada and claim work experience points too ( 3 to 5 years project.. too expensive and risky)
4) Work on plan B for life and don't put all eggs in one basket i.e. Canada!!
Unfortunately this is real truth of 2020.
I'm at 449. Tbh, no need to hope for the scores to come down so I started learning French and will be going for my masters in Canada.
Time is a precious resource in EE. I wasted half a year hoping the scores come down, instead I would have used that time learning French and by now I would have achieved a higher level.

Have you applied for the study permit in Canada? Is it true above 33 it's very hard to get the study permit?
No I haven't applied yet. Still waiting to hear back from the universities.
I don't know about age 33 but I believe if someone's application is strong and shows very reasonable progression with relation to their studies, they should be able to get a study permit.
Well I heard hella loads of study visa applications being rejected too.
1) Home country ties need to be strong.
2) Full Tution fees plus living expenses should be evidenced in the bank statement for 6 months.
3) education progression should be in the recent 5 years.
4) the program that you apply for should be related to your previous work experience and previous study.
