Hi, have a couple of questions:

1) Can I do the medical tests upfront or do I have to wait for an ITA?
2) Will high cholestrol be ok or will they reject the application?

Best to wait until you get your ITA and in theory no, unless the dr reports that your condition could become a significant financial burden to Canada. Try reducing your cholestrol anyway.

1 - You can if your clinic does not require your letter of invitation to perform the tests

2 - I reckon you're fine http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/medical-examination-t98876.0.html\

Cheers ;)

I think cholestrol aint matter much because in todays world every other person have cholestrol or diabities. They will look for diseases which are fatal and transferable. But my advice is to exercise for 4-5 days before going for medical and dont eat high fat food which will reduce your cholestrol easily.
