Hello,

I am confused...I applied to EE in November 2016, and at the time everything was fine, got a score, etc. Today I get a message saying I am ineligible for EE...?

Any idea why this would happen after months of sitting in there?

Did you update the min funds as that changed last week and did you register in job bank.

Also, how old are your IELTs?

There was a recent change in settlement fund requirement by IRCC. You need to check if that is the case..if so..you will have to create another profile with corrected amount.

Check in application which criteria you didn't met.

Where would you find out what criteria you didn't meet? In the message it just had a generic list of possibilities like not enough education, experience, etc.

What is the new minimum amount of funds? I thought we had put down quite a bit...

You will have to check your CIC account and view which criteria says not met. Check IRCC website for latest info about settlement funds

Dear cic account as he is nentioning only provides a generic list and do not pinpoint the specific reason.

Leegreen dont worry just google the new requirements for funds and create a new profile. Also verify if your language test results or wes are still valid in terms of expiry dates. If they have not expired, ineligibility is most peobably due to funds.

67/100 has no link with express entry profile. This comes into equation post ita after aor

No sir! This is assessed by the system at all times except when you actually get the ITA then your profile is frozen from such assessments, that's why some people that decide to take away WE here and there because they can't get reference letters for ITA then get caught out by the sis factors. If you do that BEFORE you get ITA you become INELIGIBLE.

This happened to maribui once she got the nomination from OINP see decided to reorganize het profile before the ITA and ended up ineligible.

You have to be over 67 to even create a fsw ee profile.
