EE got refused after 3 months very confused........

It depend's on situation. If removing that work exp doesn't have effect on your CRS score it won't matter.
The unfortunate case happen here with Sanpatel30, seems reducing his points after removing job experience.

Well I am a PNP nominee, OINP to be specific so a recalculation should not be an issue. 1 letter covers 4 years work experience and has a 3 page job description attached by HR.

Your post now has me worried. I uploaded 5 work experience letters, 4 of which had detailed list of details with one only being a single sentence which summarised the work done.

Is this basis for rejection?! :-X

I think, it will not be a problem for you as you gain 600 pts from Nomination , your CRS score will not go down.
If you are OINP candidate , your eligibility score shouldn't dip down below 400. Otherwise yours should be fine.

Do you have other work experience letters that can be used or can you speak to your colleague now and explain to them that IRCC needs detailed description of the work done? Don't give up, get back into the pool and am sure you will have an invitation before the month is through.

For my previous work experience . I donot have letter from company with my roles and responsibilities. All i had was releaving letter, pay slips, and experience letter from company . So what i did is I made a self affidivate Letter stating my roles and responsibilities and explained my situation in LOE . My application got approved. Below is the format I used. Hope this helps

Sample notarization Date:

SOLEMN AFFIRMATION

I the undersigned, (principal applicant), residing at ___________________________________, hereby solemnly affirm that from (date) until (date) I was employed by (company name) as (job title). I worked (number) hours per week and was paid (salary) (weekly, monthly, yearly).

My main duties consisted of (main duties).

Main Duty 1
Main Duty 2
Main Duty 3
Main Duty 4
and so on and so forth.
I am unable to obtain a letter with the job description from my employer because the HR department doesn’t provide any such letter with the job duties mentioned on it. The only thing they provide with is an experience letter with the designation and the tenure of the employment mentioned on it, that too at the time of relieving.
I have that letter and I shall enclose the notarized copy of the same.

Just received my GCMS and my Eligibility is approved, been 4 months from my AOR and Like you out of 5 years work ex I didn't get Duties and Responsibilities on Letter Head of the company, but my HR was genuine enough to mention this in email and even reference letter. Also, I got a brief letter from the supervisor who used to work with me and gave his business card. It shows from GCMS that my Eligibility is approved

Are you rejected for sure? How do you know that?

All experts,
I called to the company today and convinced the HR to provide new letter with job duties and he gave me new letter with duties so should I appeal through CSE?
When I left the company the HR person is strict and rude and she did not mention duties on that time. Today I called the company the HR person is very helpful and he took some time to figure out and send me new letter with duties.
