Been there.
I got refused letter too last year at June. Due to lack of Job description. In my case they were asking Employment letter which my HR did provided one, but the one HR provided wasn't the one CIC want. So you have to figure out what format or information CIC wants to know and draft something for it. I will suggest you just find someone(lawyer or consultant) who is capable of review your documents and apply again.
They don't accpet any dispute and not open to review your case, if it's refused, there is no other way but to reapply.
So, good luck and don't waste time thinking about saving this case which i tried but failed.

I got rejected for NOC 2211 at Exova they did not mention duties so by deducting points for that I went below cut off so

If you claimed points for such work experience then yes.

It depend's on situation. If removing that work exp doesn't have effect on your CRS score it won't matter.
The unfortunate case happen here with Sanpatel30, seems reducing his points after removing job experience.

Did your hr letter contain responsibilities confirming to noc lead statements, hours worked per week and claimed duration ? I believe that's all they mainly look for.. Plus salary slips to know if the job was paid.

Hi buddy I am 6211 category and my HR refused to provide the job duties on the letter. So I attached the companys job description letter which I had signed before i joined. I am wondering if your BG changed to NA after Ip1. Please reply im tensed.

Same here i have attached 5 Reference letters and i claimed points for all companies .
all reference letters has duties and responsibilities but one reference letter they didn't mention work hours or full time will it be ok ?

Hello Guys,

This is bothering me so I beg a humble pardon if I continue to bring this back.

I claimed points for my sister who is a Canadian citizen but even without it i have 68 points in eligibility. I uploaded her passport and Certificate of Canadian citizenship for the proof of status but not anything like a residential lease, mortgage documents, utility bills, etc.

I would like to raise a CSE. But I am not sure how should I approach it. Can I upload any additional document in CSE?

I hope you can help me in this regard.

My EE got refused due to there is no duties and responsibilities mentioned in the letter even though I provided paystubs, T4, NOA

Hey Sanpatel30,

Really sorry to hear what happened to you.

Why don't you hire a lawyer to file your application. I understand that they charge around $2000 or so but in the end, it will be their headache to make sure all the documents are presented correctly. It is a lot of money, but I feel it will be worth it for getting something life changing as PR in Canada.

Now I am afraid too...

I showed 5 years of Work Ex -

Job 1: 2121 - Provided everything except Duties and Responsibilities, however, I got brief letter from ex-colleague for roles and responsibilities, and that letter also mentions that I was Research Scientist. Also I have attached awards I received from conducting PK / PD analysis for animal and human studies.

Job 2: 4163 - 10 Months - Everything is included

Job 3: 4163 - 23 Months - Everything is included

My points would be sufficient as I got ITA On Oct 19, provided that they consider 33 Months Work (2.75 Years as 3 Years) as for FSW 3 Years is the Limit (without Job 1), but I dont know...Its been 4.5 Months and my Application is with NDVO since March 2017...I got ITA on Nov 27.......This is really sad
