Hi All,

I could really use some advice here. After receiving my ITA, I filled in the profile, attached documents and clicked on Transmit and Pay. I encountered a payment failure with the first try so I logged out trying to submit a new credit card. But when I traversed back to my cic page, my application show Processing submission and I no longer see the option to pay the fees online. Could please somebody tell me what to do now. :(. I am devastated.

I had the same issue when I was submitting my application, but it resolved after I logged out and logged back in after approximately 1 1/2 hour.
 
I would suggest clearing your cookies, and trying again.
 
Thank you guys, like DoubleS said, the issue was resolved after I logged back in after a couple of hrs, sorry for hitting the panic button
 
Even I am experiencing express entry fee payment failure issue, even though I am trying to pay it from Canada, using Canadian Visa & Mastercards. Customer care representative have no clue how to address this issue and have asked me repeatedly to contact their technical difficulties team by submitting an online form; which I have done it twice. For this, I have attached copies of multiple failed payment. My ITA is about to expire in a day's time!

I have also been told to upload a letter of explanation stating the above problem and consoled that I can be given a deviation if there is a issue from CIC side. But uploading the letter doesn't help since, without fee payment I can't submit my application and hence CIC can't even look into it.

Please guide.
