EE eligibility in terms of profile and job bank registration etc

hi guys

when is the first round of EE expected?

I have created my EE profile and registered with Job Bank. I haven't completed my job seeker profile in job bank yet. is it necessary to be eligible for EE draw?

is there any other thing else that I need to do urgently?
