EE - Eligibility Criteria - 67 Points

Hello,

Can anyone help me here:

I wrote IELTS General training and scored as follows:

R - 7.5
L - 7.5
W - 6
S - 7

Am I eligible for EE...Because to get EE, i should have 67 points and for that Is it required I should score CLB 8 in writing section?

Now my writing section score is 6 which is equivalent to CLB 7....so whether they will consider the CLB 7 for all other sections of my IELTS?
