EE - ECA Report - Master's degree from a non-recognized institution

Hello Seniors,

Today I received my ECA report and it says the following - Canadian Equivalency: Master's degree from a non-recognized institution.
When I asked WES about the interpretition, it said they cant comment if CIC will accept this or not. Also, I dont find anything on CIC, neither on any forums stating so.

Please help me understand will CIC consider this Masters?

They may, but Wes are saying they don't recognise the institute as legitimate. It may be worth getting it assessed by a different company.
