As long as you had one year of qualifying experience at the time you received the ITA, and it was less than 3 years old at the time you submitted your eAPR, then it should have met those criteria.

Wondering what does it mean Obsolete in the GCMS note-Experience section? all experience labelled Obsolete?!

Can you specify exactly what employment documents you submitted with your eAPR? Did you submit a T4, NOA? Can you post your letter of reference from your employer (of course delete all personal details).

Employment records - I uploaded the Employment Letter specifying NOC, Pay, nature of employment, job title and responsibilities, pay slips and bank statements.
