I was an international student and now I am having the post-graduate work permit from March 2016.
I got a full-time job from this June in a small company which does not have LMIA, I am not sure if my current working experience will be counted or not if I go with the express entry for CEC.
Besides, I used to work as a full-time intern in the same company from this January for 3 months before getting the open work permit. I got an intern offer and pay stubs(very low rate like $500/month) , I am not sure if this experience will be counted in EE. I have submitted as working history anyway.

Thanks in advance and let us talk about any concerns during the preparation.

Hello there,

Unfortunately your experienced gained prior to your work permit would not be counted towards your application, this means your internship. Also you will need to finish 1 year of work before your apply under CEC stream. This means you will need to work till June 2017, as a full time employer to be eligible for CEC stream.

So stay put, work, and once you get that 1 year experience out of the way apply.

Best of luck mate,
