EE application

I opened EE account . I apply with my spouse and a child . But i didnt find any application to fill in for my child. Should it be so ? Or i am on the wrong track ?

An EE Profile is not an application.
After you receive ITA you can add that information in the actual application form.

Yes.
Your spouse can give you extra points that why it's in the profile.
