EE application submitted after system down but didn't received the confirmation

I leave everything concerning EE application to a consultant.

She said she submitted my application after the system had been down but she has not got the confirmation yet.
She also said her another client had a same problem.

I'm really worried if my application got to CIC properly and wasn't missing.
Does anyone have same problem?
Please share what was going on.
