Date first became qualified to practice in this occupation?

Is this related to acquiring a license from canada to practice my profession?

Or that is only the date when i graduated from university and became eligible to work as engineer in my country for instance

I am a manager and come under NOC 0. I worked my way up to become a manager. IMO, I became qualified to do the job the date I became a manager. I was a team member after I graduated so I can't use graduation date. I think it depends on the noc.

In case my NOC is A, that means the date i got my bachelor is the qualification date, as per your explanation
