EE application in progress and getting married during Covid

Hi,

I wanted suggestions for my situation. My question is in 2 phase.

Application:
CRS score 463
Express Entry pool: 10th March 2020
ITA: 16 April 2020
AOR: 16 May 2020
Medical Pass: 7th July
Biometrics request: 7th July

1) As per above details its been almost 3 months since my application is in progress. My concern here is if i want to get married, in November. What are my options, If i go back to my country, get married, and come back -- i know i need to inform CIC. my question is how would that affect my application?

-- do they reassess my score? and compare it to what score? the draw score or current score?
-- would it still lower my points If i decide that i dont want my wife to come to canada immediately (i intend to apply with spouse sponsorship)

Is Canada currerntly letting people enter Canada with Valid work permit? can i leave Canada and come back on my Post secondary work permit? I already have a job in Canada, job is for software developer.

1. If you get married after submitting your eAPR it doesn't threaten your score or application. You can simply add her to your application (no need to wait to be approved and then sponsor her).

2. If you're established in Canada (housing, job, valid work permit, etc.) you should be allowed to return but it is always a risk.
