Still in the process of registering for IELTS and ECA and my first post on this forum. I have two questions on ECA, appreciate if anyone can give good guidance on it:

1. I have a M.Sc. in Finance degree from USA which was completed within 1 year. Will it still be necessary for me have my BBA (Finance) degree (from Dubai) also assessed to gain maximum points?

2. My wife's name got changed after marriage. Since the degrees are in her previous name, how will I register on WES (will most probably choose this service)? Previous name or her current name? How will this impact my application on CIC - Express Entry? I believe I will only be required to submit a proof of name change when I fill out the Express Entry form. Is that correct?

One more question on PNP:

My intention is to either stay in Ontario OR British Columbia. The reason for choosing either of them is due to proximity of relatives staying in close to in USA. So it will be easier for them to assist me if need be.

Do either of those offer nomination programs? What is their minimum criteria?
