EE and study permit

Hello
i apply for study permit and approved but i didnot goto Canada yet, so i didnot have a study permit.
I can create a profile for EE and submit it now, But i am afraid that may effect the study permit before i take it.

so can i create and submit EE profile before study permit without effect the Study permit Issuing?
