I am in a little bit of a pickle. My ECA from WES is being processed but I am worried that it will not be done in time before my IEC visa runs out. I would be losing 10 points for "currently working in the profession" I apply under through BC PNP.
The questions is whether I can still apply and "click" YES for having my Educational Credentials done even though they are in the process? I still have just over a month until the end of my IEC so I am praying and hoping for the best bur preparing for the worst.
