Please i applied for pr through express entry and when i was creating my profile i did not claim any point for my spouse educational credential evaluation. My question is, can my application be refused due to not submitting my wife's ECA since i did not claim point for it and did not do it. The reason am saying is because the work permit department sent me and my wife a refusal letter when my PR application is still on going and a final decision not taken. I called the cic and they told me that they will talk to the work permit department for them to reconsider the decision since my application is still ongoing. But then she pointed at not submitting my wife's ECA as a reason while they may refuse my PR application.
