Educational Credential Assessment - Insurance underwiter

Hello!!

Am applying under the "Skilled worker express entry" program and have few queries regarding the Educational Credential Assessment.

1. Along with my Bachelors degree document, do I need to get ECA done for 10th Grade & 12th Grade mark sheets?
2. Is transcript compulsory ? or mark-sheet can be sent to WES ?
3. Ive done Licentiate & Associate in insurance through, Insurance Institute of India, do I need to get ECA for these documents too ?

1. ECA for the latest qualification should be enough. In your case Bachelors degree
2. Yes Transcript is compulsory as WES will not accept marks sheet or any other certificates
3. Not required

I have certificate with me but the problem my university located in different country.

Can I send my certificates without sealed Envelope?
