Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for express entry

Hi,

I have completed my Bachelor's in Engineering from India and have my Masters from the United States of America. I am planning to get Educational Credential Assessment from WES but not sure whether I should evaluate both degrees or just the master's degree.

Currently, I am staying in the US and getting the documents from Indian University will be an uphill task.

If the US Masters is from a decent university, then that will be evaluated as equivalent to Canadian Masters and hence it will be sufficient. However, if it is some shady day one CPT type university, then it may not be equivalent to Canadian Masters on its own.

The degree is from a reputed university (Northeastern University, Boston).
