I would like to know once I get my PR and once my family comes to Canada, Will my daughter get free education while she is on PR. She is in grade 3.

Yes, up to grade 12

As a permenant resident you will be entitled all facilities that are avaiable to a Canadian citizns except right to vote or a job in the governmnt service. Education to your children is free like canadian nationals.
