Education transfer question (india to canada)

Hello everyone,

My wife has recently arrived in Canada on a spouse visa and she will receive her PR soon. She was an English teacher in India and she has done Masters in English as well as B.ed. She has a working experience of 3 years in Saint Xaviers. What I would like to know is that how does she become a teacher in Ontario? We are not quite sure about which steps we should be taking so please if anyone has the answers we need, inform us immediately.

My wife has a similar background but is from the Philippines and is also an English major and teaches English. None of her education is transferring over and as a result she has to redo her bachelors degree in education once she lands in Canada. I sure hope India is different...
